No questions asked, you may return an item for any reason for thirty days from the time of the sale for a full refund of your sale price, an exchange for the same item, or credit against a different item. In the rare instance of a defective item we will refund the original shipping fee as well. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not charge a "restocking" fee for this service.

Payment Policy:

We accept VISA and MasterCard through our secure checkout; other major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Once this listing ends you will receive an email with a link to a checkout page on our secure website.

If you prefer to send a payment directly through PayPal our PayPal email address is sales@skullplanet.com or you may request an invoice. Our checkout will allow you to easily combine all your wins into one invoice to make a single payment.

Shipping Policy:

Items generally ship within one business day of purchase.

We are happy to combine shipping for items paid for with one payment. Shipping rates will be based on the combined weight of the items and your location.

We may, at our discretion, choose to ship items via Federal Express rather than USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

We are required to collect 7% sales tax on merchandise shipped to Florida.

Special notes for our international customers:

Import duties, taxes, and any other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not mistake them for additional shipping charges.
